Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and dynamic person to join our Engagement Marketing team at Gameloft in order to coordinate our Engagement Marketing teams.

As an Engagement Team Coordinator, you would oversee and coordinate all the day-to-day internal operations of the Community Engagement team, implement various strategies to achieve the team's goals, train, coach and offer the needed level of support for the members of the team and also keeping the team motivated to perform.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, measure and analyze the Community team's performance and daily activity on a regular basis and act proficient in improving their efficiency & productivity;
  • Crafts team's internal documentation, various guides and guidelines related to engagement;
  • Keeps a strong communication with the team, manager and various stakeholders and provides strategies to improve the team's daily activities;
  • Detects various performance gaps within the team and helps the team members to reach the required standard of performance;
  • Trains the newcomers, evaluate them on a weekly/monthly basis, and propose strategies to improve their work;
  • Masters social management & analytical tools;
  • Provides training, expertise, recommendations & support about the usage of the tools to various stakeholders;
  • Configures custom social reports in the systems used;
  • Involved in different technical/non-technical projects or tests that needs Community Engagement team's attention;
  • Provides extensive and regular reports based on games & engagement KPIs;
  • Interprets social & community insights and supports the team's strategies with quantitative & qualitative analyses;
  • Performs industry benchmarks, various competition analyses related to engagement & prepares presentation deck;
  • Is able to take charge of sensitive or pressing situations and direct change appropriately;
  • Proposes internal organizational goals in collaboration with the team's manager;
  • Maintains a high level of communication with the team and various stakeholders;
  • Successfully replaces the team's manager during his absence by taking over his duties;
  • Could carry out other duties as assigned by the manager;
  • Flexibility and self-adaptation with various associated tasks.
  • Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written in English;
  • Demonstrates excellent skills in planning, decision-making, coordinating and organizing the engagement team's internal activity;
  • Proven work experience as a team coordinator or supervisor;
  • Critical thinker: knows how to assess a situation & pin-point actions to be taken;
  • Familiar with Discord, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Steam, Stores, TikTok and other social & discussion hubs;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work accurate and with eye for details;
  • Open-minded, solutions driven, proactive attitude;
  • In-depth knowledge of social support, community engagement and social performance metrics;
  • Innovation - Knows very well the social trends, various KPIs & social metrics, technology and strategies of the online community and feels comfortable to act with confidence;
  • Initiative - Provides constructive feedback and useful information on his/her own initiative to superiors, team members or various stakeholders. Suggests optimal solutions to improve the current processes & workflows;
  • Predictability - Take appropriate action before a problem becomes inevitable;
  • Masters Office tools (e.g. Microsoft suite);
  • Passion for games and nice to have: a good video game experience (knowledge of game styles and gaming experiences).
