About the role
The DSS PMO Analyst for Amber DSS team will be responsible for maintaining the
internal tracking tools up to date. As a DSS PMO Analyst you'll be a source of
knowledge and support for DSS Leadership, while monitoring and managing the
DSS Projects Portfolio. This role requires someone with exceptional
organization and process skills, attention to detail, and a strong
understanding of process and systems management. The ideal candidate must be
able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment where innovation,
creativity, a positive attitude, and passion are valued. Must have the ability
to prioritize while multi-tasking and handle pressure with adherence to
quality and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism,
courtesy, and ethics.
The Quest:
Maintain a very high degree of confidentiality of all aspects of work.
Update internal billing tools specific to DSS based on DSS Leadership
guidance. Add critical and sensitive data to the databases including rate
changes, rate updates, legal documents expiry dates.
Create project codes following the processes as defined by Finance and
upper management and distribute the information accordingly.
Verify and remove duplicates in terms of project codes or other unique
identifiers in the designated tools.
Ensure that studio codes and service codes are correct and correctly used.
Help specific DSS managers understand how to utilize the tracking tools
and what the data represent.
Responsible for the accuracy of DSS specific invoice information,
including billing working hours, micro transactions, and other specific
billing costs.
Generate customized reports as needed for the upper management utilizing
existing tools and available information.
Analyse imports of data between various tools and reports and help fix
issues by providing details of how and what should be imported.
Manage and adjust billing information based on discussions with Leads,
Project Managers, QA Managers.
Train specific DSS managers in tracking and reporting the allocation hours
in the DSS billing tools for each location.
Track and report overtime information for payroll on all employees
worldwide by type of OT and ensure correct information is being tracked
(in various tools).
Work with People Ops (HR) for OT payment process for all locations.
Create other financial documents as requested by DSS Leadership.
Develop and create documentation, processes, and training materials.
The Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with large sets of data, financial
analysis and PMO analysis.
Quick adaptability when facing new and unique challenges.
High energy and a passion for optimization, efficiency, and career
development.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proactive in approach and prioritization of tasks and problems to solve.
Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management.
Flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal and follow up skills and
ability to multi-task.
Expert MS Excel, Proficient with MS Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to effectively work in a global team.
