Job Description
The Global Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the talent
acquisition function on a global level. They will work closely with the Chief
People Officer and business leaders to develop and execute recruitment
strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies that align with
business objectives and support growth.
Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to identify talent
needs, create job descriptions, and establish selection criteria for each
position.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment
agencies and vendors.
Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Implement and maintain recruitment metrics and reporting, and continuously
improve the recruitment process based on data-driven insights.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including
diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the talent
acquisition team.
Continuously monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best
practices in recruitment.
Partner with the Chief People Officer and other HR leaders to develop and
execute the company's employer branding and talent management initiatives.
Provide regular reports to executive leadership on the performance of the
talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Master's degree
preferred.
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 5+ years in a
leadership role.
Experience working in a global organization, preferably in a technology or
high-growth industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing,
screening, and selection techniques.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition
strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret and use data
to make informed decisions.
Familiarity with HR technologies and applicant tracking systems.
Experience managing and developing a high-performing talent acquisition
team.
