Summary

We are looking for a Lead Engagement Manager who is passionate about delivering a high‐level customer service experience to our casino customers while managing a team through the implementation and upgrade of Aristocrat's systems products both onsite and remote As a Lead Engagement Manager at Anaxi, you will be a key contributor in the development of assigned team members and the successful implementation of assigned projects with Anaxi's casino partners. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and organizational skills, and a strong desire to learn, grow and share their knowledge regarding all areas of our products. You will play a key role in managing the successful delivery of our products and services.

You will also be responsible for leading a team of Engagement Managers as they implement assigned projects with our casino partners. This includes providing oversite and guidance, training, mentoring, and evaluating project deliverables and project documentation created by your team. You will also participate in resource allocation and scheduling with the Manager, Engagement Management Office, and the Anaxi CXS Delivery team.

What You'll Do

Engagement Management:

  • Coordinate the installation of Aristocrat software and hardware products at customer locations, delivering projects on time, on budget and to the required specifications.
  • Communicate directly with customers and third-party vendors during the lifecycle of a project.
  • Verify project scope confirming the customer's needs and current systems operations.
  • Develop a firm timetable for gaming software installation, discuss the project plan, establish meeting dates, and project milestones.
  • Conduct weekly project meetings either onsite or via conference calls.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Allocate resources and create team schedules during planning and execution of a project.
  • Prepare status reports for Anaxi Stakeholders Executive team documenting milestone completion or project roadblocks.
  • Regularly report on the project status to include, but not limited to. hours used, open issues, project risks, project status, etc.
  • Identify lessons learned from project implementations and propose recommendations and workable solutions.
  • Function as liaison between Anaxi team and property contacts. Resolve problems/conflicts that occur during project life cycle.
  • Manage and assist project team members in the planning and execution phases to ensure adherence to quality, consistency, and other relevant standards in accordance with Anaxi's Project Management Methodologies.
  • Complete all required project updates and administrative paperwork within established EMO SLAs
  • Communication :

  • Work with assigned team members to drive cross-functional execution of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Document project milestones, team member tasks and project completion in Adobe Workfront
  • Supervisory/People Leadership :

  • Monitor and manage the development of your direct reports.
  • Work with EMO Leadership and Anaxi scheduling team to balance resource utilization.
  • Hold recurring team meetings and regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
  • Facilitate weekly EMO team meetings in rotation with fellow Leads and EMO manager.
  • Provide mentoring and training to other project managers.
  • Evaluate project deliverables provided by other project managers, giving feedback and guidance on quality improvements.
  • Provide team coverage for fellow Leads and EMO Leadership as assigned.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Adhere to technical and management escalation guidelines established by the Engagement Management Office (EMO)
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • What We're Looking For

    What we would like you to know:

  • Ability and willingness to travel 75% per month.

  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices

  • Registration and ongoing successful license renewal with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate is required.
  • What we would like you to have done:

  • Position requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent work experience.
  • Aristocrat Oasis Master Certification required within 6 months of employment.
  • Position requires 4 - 7 years of experience in project management within the industry of casino systems technology, Information Technology, or its equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or similar professional accreditation desirable.
  • Previous documented supervisory and personnel management experience
  • Previous experience in the Gaming Industry preferred.

    Pay Rate Type: Salary

    Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
