Job Description
Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to
deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business
objectives.
Analyzing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting
performance insights to recommend improvements.
Supporting optimization of email and automated communication flows,
developing new flows to make the best use of insights in timing, targeting
and content.
Building and managing campaigns with messaging to customers or clients
customized according to life-cycle stage and engagement level.
Developing creative briefs and assigning them to designers and copywriters
to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
Assisting and advising on personalized targeting and content when
required.
Leading and analyzing A/B testing to optimize engagement.
Creating, communicating, and delivering an email marketing growth plan
covering new campaigns and optimizing existing ones.
Working closely with other members of the marketing and game team to
ensure new emails and content align with the overall marketing contact
strategy.
Ensuring all email marketing communications are concise, relevant,
customer-focused, solution-based and follow company best practices and
branding.
Ensuring all email marketing communications are GDPR compliant and adhere
to best practices.
Working with the design team to develop engaging creative assets for email
templates.
Building email templates using HTML and native email marketing platform
tools.
Setting up, reviewing and proofing email campaigns using the email
marketing platform.
Providing timely analysis of campaign performance, highlighting areas of
opportunity to improve key performance metrics.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,
Communications, or equivalent certification.
Proven experience in working in a fast-paced & international environment.
Excellent English (written & spoken).
Excellent communication skills with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience with an email marketing platform and
campaign management tool.
Working understanding of HTML/CSS.
Proven track record of successful email campaigns, A/B testing.
Proficiency at analyzing customer and campaign data and converting it into
insights and action plans.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond dynamically to
change.
You'll have a strong track record of using Google Analytics.
Proactive, self-starter and a team player, confident working in
collaboration with various stakeholders.
Confidence using email and marketing automation ESP platforms (Act-on is
a big plus), on-site personalisation
You'll be analytical and have a process-oriented mindset with strong
attention to detail.
You'll also have strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report
back to the business.

Work Location and Hour:
Work location: 26 Ung Van Khiem, Binh Thanh, HCMC (hybrid working
model).
Work hours: 08:30 A.M - 06:00 P.M, Monday - Friday.
