Playtika is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our global Team. The compensation & benefits team influences business and strategic decisions for our people by leading the design and development of global rewards programs and processes. In this role:

  • Support global C&B processes such as salary review and bonus
  • Manage & support compensation plans & payments
  • Perform data analysis and provide findings, conclusions, and recommendations
  • Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations
  • Work and manage global processes in our Oracle system
  • Conduct ad-hoc market analysis
  • Support Global compensation & benefit projects
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, Finance, and a variety of managers
  • Research and analyze internal and external data relating to compensation and benefit programs (including market trends and benchmarks) while considering our company culture.
  • Requirements:
  • 2-3 Years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits analyst or business / financial analyst
  • Experience in a global work environment – an advantage
  • Excellent in Excel & Power point (Macro is an advantage)
  • Fluent English speaker with high written/verbal communication skills - a must
  • Report building skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Carry a wide strategic view
  • Independent, creative thinker who can work in a team environment
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
