What You'll DoAs a Business Development Executive you will be a trusted advisor responsible for the development of client relationships including the achievement of sales targets and the identification of mutually beneficial business opportunities for the creation of value in new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining high customer satisfaction while building long term relationships.
Some key responsibilities include:
Work with your clients as well as internal partners to achieve sales targets for each of Aristocrat's product lines
Maintain up-to-date client information, including product offering, services, future projects, key contacts and current business strategy
Maximise sales opportunities and identify new business opportunities
Crafting business proposals and negotiate sales deals
Maintain regular customer contact whilst developing mutually beneficial partnerships
Develop client plans, pipelines and strategies
Develop an understanding of clients operating structure and planning to establish strategies in sales, service, marketing and operational activities with assigned accounts
Be up to dates on market trends, competitive behaviour and developments within the business
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including client performance, sales activities, actual performance to target, variance analysis and sales forecasts
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients as well as represent the company at functions, meetings and trade events
Proven Sales and Key Account Management experience
Outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong presence
The ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution
Strategic management with strong business and reporting capabilities
Analytical interpretation and advanced problem-solving abilities.
Strong passion for sales and communication through different channels
Ability to develop diverse networked relationships internally and externally and engage with people effectively
Gaming industry knowledge and experience is highly desired- including product and operational knowledge
Commercial awareness with considerable previous experience in customer facing roles
