Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of
the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are
expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.
Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting titles: Gemini is
our new project being developed with Square Enix; Maverick is a Triple-A game
developed in collaboration with Microsoft Corporation; Bifrost, Victoria and
Dagger are projects we're growing in the self-publishing model. We also have
one project in the concept phase – Red; as well as two projects in VR
technology – Green Hell VR and Bulletstorm VR - an exciting VR version of our
cult-classic shooter.

Project Gemini is a yet unannounced AAA game developed with Square Enix –
the publisher of our recent AAA title, Outriders. The game development
involves primarily our Europe based teams.
Job Description
Create and manage of the art content roadmap for the environment artists,
character artists, concept artists and other members of the art production
team
Align the art content roadmap with product managers, designers, and
content team technical leadership
Maintain close communication with the team members and outsourcing
partners to ensure they meet deadlines, objectives, and quality standards
Assist with the organization, development, and revision of art style guide
and art pipelines
Partner with Art Director and the Art Team Leads to keep production
running smoothly and effectively
Negotiate scope and quality with Art Director in order to find the
solutions that best fit the requirements of the game
Anticipate resource needs, both short-term and long-term, able to work
with changing design requirements
Collaborate with the Outsourcing Manager to plan feasible scope
Manage the art production team's day-to-day activities and track the
progress
Coordinating and managing creative feedback and approvals
Qualifications
At least 1 published AAA title and other titles as a Producer, Project
Manager, Art Manager
5+ years of experience, managing production or art production teams
Deep knowledge about game development processes for art
Proficiency with project management and version control software tools
such as JIRA and Perforce
A demonstrated understanding of various Project Management methodologies
including Scrum/Agile, as well as good organizational skills and an
ability to balance project demands with high quality
Strong time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities,
manage change and deliver against agreed deadlines
Experience managing external developers/resources
Experience working with large projects across multiple time zones
Prior experience in an animation, modelling, or technical art related
development role
