Art Manager
d3t is at the cutting edge of technology and creativity, delivering co-
development video game services to our global triple-A clients. Our successful
studio is continuing to grow and we are looking for an Art Manager to join
the expanding Art Team. Our studio, part of the Keywords Studios Group, works
on multiple exciting projects at any one time offering plenty of variety and
involvement. Our studio projects have included Hogwart's Legacy, Vampire: The
Masquerade - Blood Hunt, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, LEGO Star Wars: The
Skywalker Saga, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Alan Wake Remastered, Mafia II:
Definitive Edition and Assetto Corsa Competizione.
Our studio is based near Runcorn in Cheshire and we offer an amazingly

Responsibilities – Art Manager:
Help with planning artwork, defining milestones, scheduling and task
assignment, have an awareness of dependencies and status of artwork and
assist with resourcing decisions.
Be a key contact for interdisciplinary communication, update everyone on
status of artwork on projects, keep the art team informed and update
documentation.
Review job applications, attend interviews and help with onboarding of new
Artists.
Line manage and mentor artists and help with deciding promotions and pay
rises. Identify where teamwide or individual weaknesses are and suggest
and help organise appropriate training.
Help develop wider art team strategies and structure.
Have an awareness of art team morale, assist with departmental event
organising and deputise for Head of Art.
Encourage good working practices and professionalism across the art team.
Requirements
Skills:
Self-motivated, confident with good verbal and written communication
skills and strong organisational abilities.
Experience of mentoring artists or animators, with strong interpersonal
skills, diplomacy and tact. Good team spirit, sense of humour and
enthusiasm for team development and some experience leading or managing in
art game development.
Understanding of the game dev lifecycle and language. Plus, an
understanding of art content pipelines and asset management and some
knowledge of Shotgrid, Jira, Trello, Excel etc.

We offer a flexible working policy - this role will ideally be hybrid or
studio based at either d3t (Runcorn, Cheshire) or Coconut Lizard
